They are set with two vivid green Colombian emeralds and two fancy vivid yellow diamonds, one of which is completely free of inclusions. The emeralds weigh 4.30 and 4.21 carats, respectively, and the diamonds weigh 1.02 and 0.91 carats, respectively. Both of these are the highest color grades a stone can recieve in their respective laboratories.
The earrings also prominently display a pair of marquis-cut diamonds, both of which weigh 0.34 carats. They are also set in 18k white and yellow gold and accented by 176 round-brilliant cut diamonds.
The 4.30 carat emerald has insignificant “oil”, meaning it is essentially free of the laboratory enhancement usually found in emeralds. The 4.21, however, goes a step further. This one has no “oil”, a true rarity in todays day and age. In todays market, most emeralds contain “oil”.
